The new format of the meeting (which still starts at 7 PM) is a 12&12 study. We are going through the book in order, focusing each week on a particular step (or, when we get there, tradition). We start off by reading all or a portion of the particular chapter, then we have a guest speaker talk for 10-15 minutes on his or her experience in that regard, then it is opened up for discussion
